Can you look after a website someone else built?
Yes. We start with a health check of access, ownership, hosting, security and speed, then agree a care plan. If something needs fixing first, we tell you what and why.
What is included in website maintenance?
Hosting, SSL, updates, security monitoring, backups, uptime checks and an agreed amount of content changes. Larger new features are quoted separately, so the scope is always clear.
What happens if my website goes down?
Monitoring alerts us automatically, we investigate and fix it, and we tell you what happened in plain language. The response you can expect is written into your care agreement.
Are changes unlimited?
No, and be wary of anyone who promises that. Your care agreement includes a set monthly allowance of routine changes. Bigger work, such as new pages or features, is quoted before we start, so the cost is always clear.
Can I leave if I want to?
Yes. The notice period is in your agreement, your domain is already in your name, and we hand over files, content and access so another provider can take over cleanly.
