Web development in Malta: custom apps and systems

Web development for Maltese businesses that have outgrown a brochure site. When spreadsheets, paper forms and five different apps start slowing your team down, we build the one system that fits how you work: client portals, booking and job management, internal dashboards and admin panels, connected to the tools you already use.

Who it's for

  • Teams running the business on spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp groups
  • Companies that need a client or supplier portal
  • Firms with tens or hundreds of staff who need one internal tool instead of many
  • Businesses paying for software that only half fits

What changes for you

  • One place for the information your team keeps asking for
  • Less re-typing between systems
  • Software that fits your process, instead of the other way round

What's included

  • Discovery workshop

We map the current process with the people who use it, then agree what the first version must do.

  • Portals and dashboards

Secure logins, roles and permissions, live dashboards and reports your managers will actually open.

  • Booking and job management

Scheduling, staff calendars, job tracking, quotes and invoices in one place.

  • Integrations

Connect accounting, payments, email, calendars, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 through their APIs.

  • Security and GDPR

Access control, audit trails, backups and data handling designed for EU privacy rules.

  • Built to grow

Shipped in stages, so you use the first version quickly and we add to it as the business grows.

A fixed price for a written scope

After the free consultation you get a written proposal. Nothing starts until you have agreed what is in it.

Agreed in writing before we start

  • The process being replaced, and who uses it
  • Roles, permissions and data to migrate
  • Integrations and what each one depends on
  • Delivery stages and how each is accepted
  • Hosting region, backups and data export
  • Support after launch and its limits

Priced separately, only if you need it

  • Third-party licences and API usage fees
  • Changes in scope after a stage is accepted
  • Hardware such as tablets or printers

How it works

The same clear process for every project. The pale steps are yours, the blue ones are ours.

  1. A free consultation, in person or online
  2. A written scope and a fixed quote
  3. You approve the design
  4. We build, test and launch it
  5. We look after it for as long as you want

What is a business management system?

It is a custom web application that runs part of your operations, for example bookings, jobs, clients, stock or approvals, in one secure place your team can open from any device.

Is custom software only for large companies?

No. Many small Maltese businesses start with one focused tool, like a booking manager or a client portal, and add to it over time. We scope the smallest useful first version.

Can it connect to the software we already use?

Usually, yes. Most modern accounting, payment, calendar and email tools have APIs. We check what is possible during the free consultation.

Where is the data hosted?

On reputable cloud infrastructure with backups, encryption and access controls. We can choose EU hosting regions when your data rules require it, and you can export your data at any time.

What happens if we stop working together?

Your data stays yours and can be exported. Ownership of the code, hosting accounts and handover arrangements are written into the agreement before work starts, so there is a clear exit from day one.
