Questions about plans
Why are there no prices on the plans?
Because two businesses on the same plan can need very different amounts of work. After a free consultation you get a fixed quote for a written scope, with every running cost listed, so you can compare it like for like with anyone else.
Can I start on Shopfront and move up later?
Yes, and many businesses should. The site is built so booking, a shop, more languages or client logins can be added when the business is ready, without starting again.
What if my business does not fit a plan?
The plans are a starting point, not a contract. Tell us what the website has to do and we will scope exactly that, including only what you need.
Do I have to pay for a care plan?
No. Your domain, content and data are yours either way. A care plan means we handle hosting, updates, backups and changes; without one, those are yours or your developer’s to manage, and we hand everything over in writing.
How long does each plan take?
A focused Shopfront site is usually live within a few weeks of agreeing the plan. Engine and Platform projects take longer, depending on features and integrations. You get a timeline with review points in your proposal.
